We want to thrive, at least our souls do, even if our human part has become comfortable with where we're at.


We’re meant to thrive, but sometimes we just don't know how to.


We may grab the self-help best-sellers off Amazon, do some planning or journaling, or talk to a coach or therapist. All good things, but they require us to use our limited conscious mind.


I wanted to help you discover how to thrive by accessing your subconscious (where you store all the good info), so I created “How to Thrive.”


In it, you'll experience hypnosis, your subconscious mind, and insight-based hypnotherapy.  


(This audio differs from the other audios in my library because we’re actually extracting information from your higher consciousness, whereas the other audios use a method called “direct suggestion” to create new beliefs within your subconscious.)


If you were to take an inventory of the main areas of your life; relationships (with others or even yourself), health, career, finances, etc. would you discover that you're thriving in all of them? Or do you think you'd have an area that could use a little nudge to get you thriving?


When you find one that needs a nudge, take it into the How to Thrive audio and explore the energy and insights that will give you clarity on how to move yourself towards thriving in that area of your life.


You can use this audio repeatedly to get insights from your higher self and mind (which tend to be priceless if you trust yourself enough to believe you're being guided by yourself!). You can begin to take action on the insights you received in hypnosis in your conscious life, steps that may lead you to thrive.

To get the most out of this hypnotherapy experience, you’ll want to follow all of the Best Practice guidelines below and:

  • Think about an area of your life where you aren’t thriving (or aren’t thriving as much as you’d like to be!) before beginning the audio.
  • Be curious about the process! Your willingness is all it takes to go into a state of hypnosis.
  • Have a pen and paper handy so that you can write down all of the insights you received when you emerge from hypnosis.
  • Use this audio to find your next steps to thriving in different areas of your life by dropping into it when you feel led to.
  • NEVER listen to this while driving or when it would be unsafe for you to be in a deeply relaxed state.

Best practices

  • Find a space that is safe, where you will not be disturbed and will allow you to comfortably relax for the duration of the audio.
  • Earphones/Headphones will enhance the experience and allow you to go deeper.
  • If you feel drawn to placing something over your eyes, you may, but it's not necessary.
